In terms of energy, the SPA swimming pool is heated by solar panels and a biomass boiler for the winter. All our installations are designed to save energy, with centralized management by home automation. This approach resulted in a reduction in our consumption of -50% between 2022 and 2023.
We are also committed to reducing plastic, with a reduction rate of nearly 98% in all of our initiatives.
For watering, 100% of the water used for our 12 hectares of park comes from our lake, fed by the springs on the Estate. In addition, part of our park as well as our Golf Driving Range are not watered in summer to further limit the effects of drought.
